I've had a really productive afternoon painting I am happy to say.
Have found the energy into 2012 quite disruptive but it seems to have settled now. On the 2nd Jan I had a truly wonderful spiritual experience where I was given something.

I still have healing paintings to add from 2011. The personal healing paintings that I do this year will be worked with the healing energy that I was working with before and I will be keeping to that style as much as I can and as much as I am 'allowed' to.

Will be doing angel readings in between mainly through my page on facebook.

Had fallen somewhat behind with the project I was working on throughout last year for the Brocade so will also be concentrating on wrapping that up.

Finally a little about this painting.........

TRANSFORMATION
~ A cycle ~ from sadness something beautiful can emerge.
Embrace change.
Don't be fearful.

Raindrops/teardrops merge together to form butterflies.
Be patient. Look for the beautiful that can emerge from difficult situations.

Still adding paintings done in 2011!!!
This one was a gift for xmas as were some of the others I will add. Think that the client should be the first to see the painting!

Forthcoming is about new life. In this painting there are a flock of flamingos grouped together at the water's edge.
There is a golden sunset and heart shaped clouds representing unconditonal love.

One single flamingo flies overhead carrying a bundle in a stork like manner.
A soul is healed by bringing this gift of life.

There is a storm brewing, healed by the parting of the sea to make a path to the sun (promised land)

O God, tell me what to do.
Moses held his rod out over the waters.
The wind began to blow. It blew the waters back until there was a wide path through the sea.

"Do not be afraid, stand still and watch the Power of the Lord save you"

There's always a way. Have faith. Ask to be shown the path to enlightenment.

My Christmas orders are all complete. Just have to deliver the last 2 today.
Sent 2 off yesterday....one I forgot to photograph so unfortunately that will be one never to be shared on here....must have slipped through the net for a reason though!

So busy as we head towards Christmas which is busy enough without anything else!!!
I'm amazed to see myself getting paintings finished as I seem to just be able to spend time here and there on them with constant interruptions and other things that need attending to inbetween, yet the work is getting done!!!
I finally have 3 more completed works.......
one I can share with you here and the other 2 I must hold you in suspense for as they make their way to be scanned first and then onto their new homes.

LOOK FOR THE WAY

As we go along our journey we find ourselves putting one foot infront of the other and not paying proper attention from time to time. We suddenly find that we are way off track and don't know where we are or how we got there........There are places along our journey that need the upmost care, and the decisions we make at these points can affect the whole of the rest of our lives, we really do need to be fully alert.
This painting closes off places that we heading to wander off into that are not the way we are supposed to go. It shows our souls the path we are supposed to NOTICE and take, that we cannot see.

HOPE has just arrived in its new home.
Sometimes we just need a glimmer of something positive to focus on, to be able to move forward in our lives.
Easy to say.
For some it can be almost impossible to find something positive when struggling with difficult reality and pain.
This painting brings the soul that focus on a deeper level. The soul and subconcious is able to move forward, therefore our physical being must also follow behind and cannot stay stuck in that one lonely place as it is gently tugged forward too.

A beautiful painting if I may say so myself and I feel honoured to have been able to paint for such a gentle and kind soul as for whom this painting was commissioned. It was just wonderful to be working with their energy as it really was so soft, gentle and kind and full of love.

'ON TRACK'

Another healing painting which has been commissioned as a personal Christmas gift for someone special.

'ON TRACK' is about not burning out or pushing yourself to the limit and beyond. To not allow ourselves to get near the edge.

For people who are doing too much or very busy and in danger of burning out, this painting offers healing to keep you within your boundaries and keep your soul from burning out.

Power To Fly is one of the healing paintings commissioned at the festival in September.
It will be a beautiful gift for someone this Christmas but I have permission to share it here now.

'Power to Fly' is a painting about moving on and being able to move on. No matter how heavy our burden is or what our situation is, we are always able to spread our wings and move forward.
There are times in our lives when we get 'stuck' or can't see out, unable to see another way or even that we may need another way, we just need a nudge to be able to soar from great heights and view from afar to be able to make good decisions.

Let In The Light is another completed healing painting that I can now share.
It has really inspired me to do another fairyland type painting (though I don't know when I will have time to fit it in, its there in my mind!!!)

I received a spiritual message for someone which has lead to much greater things for me..........love how God and the universe works.

Shall be working on more healing paintings today.
All my stones for the next project are all in their little rock gardens awaiting me to start on them :-)

Today I delivered 2 healing paintings that will be Christmas gifts to a lovely lady who was very pleased with them. Its always so nice to see someone's eyes light up when they look at something you have done for them.

2 of the paintings I have completed from the Mind Body and spirit weekend have now arrived in their new homes so I am able to share them on here.

When I was taking candlit photographs of the Brocade of Life painting a couple of weeks ago I could see 2 'sparks' of energy flying around the painting. My daughter could see them too!
I took the pictures with my phone and it had a flash on it so as far as I could see they hadn't been captured on the photo. However when I put them onto the computer I could see them, well one of them particularly. They have come out different colours than I saw them but if you look really closely on this picture it looks like a tiny heart with wings!!!
Its just above the candle flame and slightly left.
I wanted to share this with you!

Well it rained the whole of Monday so I was unable to even unpack the car let alone get any painting done!!!
Managed to get all the important stuff out on Tuesday and continue working on one of the healing paintings I started at the weekend! Unpacked the rest of the car today!!!!

Have enjoyed some very muddy walks in nature with the dog. Its so nice in such a dry country to see huge muddy puddles and natural streams making their way down the hills, to smell the earth and walk in the rocks and the trees. I find it really grounding........and then of course I have to bath the dog when I get back home!!!!

Apart from that I have been working on the healing paintings. Number 2 is finished. Will take that to be delivered on Monday. Number 3 is started but needed to "rest" as sometimes paintings do so worked on the backgrounds on Numbers 4 and 5 and today the detail on 4.....you know who you are!
Should be finished soon!
Won't be putting pics on here though until they have been received.

Have made some Christmas presents inbetween....

Also chose some stones today on my walk for an order for pocket pals so they are out in the stars tonight.

Thats about it really. Plan to paint most of the weekend!

This is my latest Visual prayer/healing painting

Over the weekend many visitors to the Mind Body and Spirit Expo at Hilton Park in Nicosia were privaliged to be the first to view this amazing painting and to absorb the energy and healing that it gives out.
Shown with the painting is Master Vasilios from the Kypros school of TaiChi who teaches The Brocade of Life.

I am absolutely buzzing from the Mind Body and Spirit weekend.
Infact I have been sent OUT of bed by my husband as my brain is keeping him awake!!!!!

I have met some lovely lovely people.
I have been honoured to be able to help other people with my healing and the work that I am blessed to be able to do and the visions I receive.
It just fills me to the brim!
I have arrived home with my heart absolutely bursting and even received a message for me from above on my way which I am ever so thankful for.

So...............I will be busy now completing the healing paintings.

All my little "pocket pals" sold and I have some orders for more of those to make too and the wands and grounding sticks drew and inspired many.
The paintings looked fantastic lining almost the length of the hallway. The prints in their frames and display books were spread across the table and there was place for my magikal tools and for me to paint aswell. It was a beautiful space.

A special day
I took time to walk in the wilderness!
I held each and every wand, grounding and healing stick and listened to what they had to tell me. Their messages came so fast and so clearly as to what their purpose was!
It amazed me!
I had to scribble it all quickly into my book!
Their energies are all so different.

I've been so busy preparing for the mind body and spirit expo in Nicosia this weekend!!!
Picked up the smaller prints today and all of the prints of the new BROCADE OF LIFE painting, which is phenominal ( Even if I say so myself!)
Have just finished signing them and putting them into their protecters.
Still have more to pick up tomorrow and get them all ready.
The Brocade of Life painting is currently at the Tai Chi Centre/ Fragrant Planet in Dherinya but will have its first public showing this weekend in Nicosia. After that it will be added to the website.On Sunday Master Vasilios will be doing a workshop and teaching the Brocade at the Mind, Body and Spirit expo.
Have also been busy making my wands, healing branches, grounding sticks and pocket pals!!!
Dropped off a HUGE print tonight of 'Together We Are Gold' which has been purchased as a housewarming gift for someone else so I can't wait to get the feedback on that!!!

I have completed the secret Brocade of Life painting.

It is an amazing piece of work and I have had an incredible journey with it. It has an extremely strong energy and has challenged me throughout. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with this energy and I look forward to what it will bring to the universe. It really is something incredible.

I was taking some photos of it and I could see 2 little sparks flying round it!!!

The energies that are coming through for me and working with me for this painting are truly amazing and I have never been so challenged in my work. I truly have to yield to it.

I have been working on the base for the fairy tree house sculpture this week and its coming along nicely. Got the texture on at the beginning of the week and its all painted now. I just need to paint underneath and decide whether or not to varnish/what varnish to use and think about what I would like to do with the river too.
Have been busy measuring up for a second print in the salon window and discussing the sign.
Also been asked to do another shop sign which I definately won't be able to start til after xmas now!!!
Got some prints printed up aswell this week. New paper and I am really pleased with the results so will be getting more printed up in preparation for the November exhibition. Just waiting for my tubes to arrive so I can get some of these prints posted out to their new homes too!
Have completed another healing painting ~ which I can't show yet as my client hasn't seen it yet but I am very pleased with it. I have almost completed the third one too so pictures soon to come..... then just another 2 to do.
Not managed to work on the Brocade piece this week but its really calling me!
Have started 4 small canvasses aswell for this piece and got another 4 ready so it really is all GO!!!!

SoulArt's "WATERFALL' from the Rainbow Collection was blown up to 2metres high and put into one of the windows of a top salon on Nissi Avenue today.
Very exciting!
Soon to come will be a new sign for the salon and a smaller painting in the other window so watch this space!!!!

Lovely day today sculpting and working on the 3d parts of a triptic tree of life that has been cast aside for a good few months now, infact it could even be laying there from last year!!!

I'm also working on an AMAZING painting if I can say that myself. It really is an energy that knows exactly how it wants to be painted and I am finding it a real challenge and totally enjoying working with it so much. I need it to dry now before I can work on it again.

I still have 4 more healing paintings to work on. Loved the one I worked on at the festival. (Pictured here) Some very powerful healing in that one. I have started the second one too and I am really looking forward to completing it and working on the others. I absolutely love this work. I am truly grateful to be able to work in this way

Fantastic weekend at the Ayia Napa Festival.
The exhibition was fabulous and I did healing work while I was there too which was wonderful.

I am so happy! Have now completed the Fairy treehouse! It is beautiful. I will continue to work on it making tiny details to add, like fairy doors and tings like that over time. It has now found its place in my youngest's room and has been filled with Sylvanians!! It looks fabulous. I want a giant one for me to live in!!!

Yet another amazing weekend at the Mind Body and Spirit Expo with a fantastic turnout.
The Soul Art healing painting exhibition I had there was extremely successful with so many people receiving healing from the paintings. I also painted personal healing paintings for people outside of the exhibition hall and had some wonderful healing experiences. Came home with my heart bursting.

This is the fairy tree house sculpture that I have been working on for the last 8 WEEKS amongst my other projects!
It is now ready for the final layers on the roots and then for the texture to be added.
Still a long way to go though as it all will then need painting and all the other details need to be made, tiny steps, fairy doorways, windowsills, curtains.......it is a never ending but wonderful project.

My painting 'UNITY' has been featured in both the 'EUROPEAN ARTISTS' and the 'ART FROM THE HEART" groups in Fine Art America

My painting "SUNSET" has been featured in the Fine Art America Group "TOGETHER AGAIN"

Lots going on for me at the moment.
My huge oil painting has been somewhat abandoned this month as I have been concentrating on other things.

I now have 9 completed cards for the project I am working on with another healer (and a couple that I am not happy enough with too!!) so that work is going really well and I am very pleased.

The fairy tree house sculpture is now into its 8th week of creation and I am on the final layer before I add the texture and then go onto the painting.

I have also been busy with SOULSCAPES (personal healing paintings and soul portraits) this month and have added these to the soulart gallery.

The weekend of the 16th and 17th hosts the Mind Body and Spirit Exhibition that I am preparing for aswell. I will have an exhibition there in the lecture halls and will be painting soul portraits while I am there if any of you want to take advantage of this opportunity to see a large display of the works and to meet me in person and watch me work.

Afew projects on the go at the moment.
I am still working on the visionary oil painting inspired by the meditation weekend back in November and I am really pleased with it so far.
It has a really different feel to it than my previous works.

I am also working on healing paintings for some meditation cards which will be finished later in the year and will be on sale to the public.

My 'side study' at the moment is the construction of a dolls house in the form of a tree which I am thoroughly enjoying :-)

One of my paintings has recently been featured on the bridging heaven and earth tv show aired in the U.S.A last month.
The painting is shown in an interview with Helge Thomas Miller, a Norweigan spiritual teacher and author of 'Our Goal Is God ; A guide to spiritual awakening.......'
In the interview he discusses his beliefs, his book and meditation techniques and mind chatter.

The show is long but very interesting.
The interview begins 18 minutes into the show.

I have started work on an exciting new project for this year.
More details soon..................

After attending a fantastic meditation weekend in the village of "the three olives" in the mountains, here in cyprus and experiencing an amazing, visionary meditation I have begun a large manifestation of this in oils.
I am very excited about this piece and very much enjoying painting in oils again.

Bridging Heaven and Earth held their double taping celebration last Saturday with guests Ivan Rados and Helge Miller featuring my Bridging Heaven and Earth manifestation....to be aired at a later date.

The Healing Book is now in its final stages of production, featuring a 'slice' of one of my works as part of the cover!

Again the expo was amazing this year with old and new faces and lots of new experiences.
The workshops and lectures were fantastic.
There was an abundance of wonderful stalls all offering all kinds of holistic therapies, products and services.
The art exhibition was a huge success too! A selection of prints were also available in a range of sizes.

The Festival was yet again a huge success.
The exhibition went really well and there were so many other artists,exhibitions and stalls offering their talents

Went to Pafos on the 18th June for the wine tasting and announcement of the winner of the competition and the best female artist 2010 award.
The artwork entered and was amazing. In the end there were 13 finalists!
Although I didn't win the award I was so proud to have been selected, an acheivement in itself!
As one of the finalists I received an opportunity for a wine label collection in 2011 where one of my paintings will be on the label. Also one of my paintings will be exhibited at Tsangarides winery.

I have been concentrating on healing sketches in pastels over the last couple of weeks and I am very much enjoying this work and so many new things are being revealed!!!

Also organising paintings to go up to Lania for the art festival from 5th-20th june

I have just finished the first painting I am doing of the 8 piece brocade.
These paintings are for the Kypros Tai Chi Association and they will hang in the Tai Chi Centre in Dherinya once the set is complete.
I have other paintings exhibited at the centre too.

Really excited to announce that I am one of ten finalists that have been selected for the Best Female Artist Award 2010.
The winner will be announced at an event in Pafos next month!

I am now writing the craft section for our local monthly magazine.

This Sunday my work has been mentioned in an article in the supplement living section of the Cyprus Sunday Mail.

Over the weekend I exhibited artwork at the Mind, Body and Spirit Expo in Limassol.
The expo was a great success.

Another commission finished and it will hang with 'Merdonna' in a private collection here in Cyprus.

I have also been working on paintings for the Mind Body and Spirit expo which is in Limassol this weekend. All the paintings that will be exhibited have been added to the gallery in the 'Newer work' section.

This is the second painting that will be sent to America to be included in the Bridging Heaven and Earth Healing Project.

I am still working on a commission and the shop signs for Fragrant Planet aromatherapy. Also on work for upcoming Mind Body and Spirit Expo in March and another art competition based in Cyprus for female artists.

After a lovely lazy December and Christmas I am ready for what 2010 has to offer and I am busy working on several projects.

I am designing and making signs for Fragrant Planet Aromatherapy Centre in Dherinya and will also take on the signs for the TaiChi centre there and some interior work.

I am also working on one of the commission pieces from September which is not far from completion and a painting for an art competition in a couple of months.

Great news that one, maybe two of my paintings are going to be used in a book which I am extremely excited about so watch this space for more about that.......

A great start to the year I think!

The original painting that was in need of healing was an extremely emotional painting experience for me.
I was painting through the heart with no images in my mind.

HOW HEALING THROUGH PAINTING WORKS

My art is called “SOUL ART” and it reaches out.
SOUL ART is for the healing of the soul.
The heart sees what the eyes cannot.

I have been soooooooo busy this month!
The Mind Body and Spirit exhibition this weekend was fantastic and my paintings were exhibited in various conference rooms and in the main lobby of the hotel, not forgetting the Kypros Tai Chi Association who kindly exhibited the 'sundance series' alongside all their information.
The exhibition in the municipality in Pafos was also successful and 5 of the paintings can still be viewed in Peter's Gallery, Nicosia until the 24th of this month.

~ My painting of Sammy Boy has been included in the November issue of Yassou Magagzine

~ Went to Nicosia today for a meeting with the editors of the Mind, Body and Spirit magazine and the organisers of the whole Mind, Body & Spirit exhibitions. It was fab to meet everyone and to see my painting in the magazine.
My paintings will be exhibited in one of the lecture and workshop rooms.

~ No watching paint dry for me, its all go at the moment.
Have neglected the Heart and Soul Collection works this past week or so as I have had to concentrate very much on painting samples for a commissioned painting. These are well underway now and I hope to have all the samples ready by the end of October. My client can then make a decision on the final piece or pieces that, ideally, will be completed by Christmas (depending on the designs chosen!).
I have also had to concentrate on the healing painting which I now have a better understanding of I just need to complete the work.
The plan now is to alternate between the intricate flower samples and the Heart and Soul Collection paintings once the Healing painting is completed.
Its good to work on afew things at once especially if they are quite different subjects or styles as you get to step back and come back to your painting with fresh eyes (and heart) also there are different concentration levels so its good to break off. My samples I am working on at a desk and my paintings are all up on easels so its good on a physical level to move around too! 8 hours stooped over with your nose on a desk can be hard work!!!

~ I have just been informed that my 'Waterfall' painting from the Rainbow Soul Collection will be published in the Mind, Body and Spirit magazine so i am delighted with that.
This week i have measured up for 2 commissions and had discussions about those works and also got a third commission. Very excited about these. Will be stretching canvas ready to start!

It was a great success and I now have some commissions to work on aswell!

Have just got in from setting it all up and its looking great.
A variety of origional paintings on canvas and in frames, the Sundance Series inspired by the Kypros Tai Chi logo designs are exhibited. Open Heart has been reworked and is also exhibited and signed photographic prints also available.
Can't wait til tomorrow!!!

~It has been a bit of a project trying to find somewhere that does proper, high quality, giclee prints which are so good they are hard to distinguish from the origional. Hang tight...........they will be worth waiting for!!!!

Cards should be ready in time to be on sale at the Ayia Napa Festival at the end of the month. (She says bravely....after all this is Cyprus!)

~A bit of a frustrating week for me on the painting side of things. Have been caught up with practicalities and buisness side of work rather than painting.
Quite fed up with being on the computer and dying to get back to my canvas!
Have been working on a written article for a book.
Have done alot of research into getting prints of the paintings done, I want to ensure they are of the best quality.
Think I have finally found the right place! Poster prints and limited edition prints will hopefully be available soon along with greeting cards too!

~ The paintings for my Heart and Soul Collection are still in progress and are in various states of incompletion. I am really happy with the work so far.
Most of the paintings had their names before i started them this time (alot of the time the paintings get their names during the painting process or sometimes not until they are completed)
I also worked on a rough sketch of these works before starting them which i sometimes but don't usually do. It helps when working with the three dimensional paintings though as they can't be changed as easily as a painting with paint alone can.

~I am currently working on a heartwork collection of mixed media and acrylic on canvas, mostly with 3d effects.
A continuation from the 'best reflections' collection '08.
I am also reworking 'Open Heart.'
